  3. Endocrine surgery. What i do now?

7 days ago my right thyroid with multi nodular goiter surgery is over.Dr has given me paracitamol1000(3tb/day)&Diclofenac75 (if necessary) for days.After 5 days I fell light pain in legs and arms.I also fell feverishness but not fever. What I do now?
