As suggested by a gynae earlier here that methotrexate has multiple side effects . So, Is it effective only to use Misoprostol (Cytopan or Cytotec) only for ending early pregnancy i.e 4,5 weeks or can we use methotrexate (trexall) prior to taking cytotec misoprostol
