  4. Encephalitis recover. I need to visit?

My father was diagnosised with encephalitis ..medication (with hospitalisation for 2 days) started on july 1st.. earlier CBC reports had , TLC 14000 , sodiuim 128 now its normal 7000 n 133 repspectively. since 2 days he has pain in left eye.. .. which specialist do i need to visit?
