I took emty peg 15ml - undiluted. Only after taking I saw a note that said it should never be taken undiluted but be mixed in 100ml water. Now I'm worried.

Don't worry about, nothing will happen,it start it's action only after dilution,so next time dilute it with 1 glass of water
