What is the treatment for Empty nose syndrome in India ? With cotton test I have passed. Is IMAP successful or stem cells? Turbinoplasty was done 5 years back. Symptoms at present : burning itchy dry nostril, One nostril always blocked, breathlessness.

The initial management for the condition is approaches like nasal douching/ instilling nasal drops and local application of solutions in the nasal cavity. One may opt for surgical procedures like IMAP, success of the same depends on various factors. It is however, a treatment option. As for stem cells, using PRP and fat has been tried in few studies, however, I don't think many centres in India are utilising the same. I am not sure if the same has been approved by FDA yet overseas too.
