Hi, my son is 3 year old. he accidentally hit his middle of a head in window sharp edge. in morning he was bleeding, went to doctor, he cleaned and put some white ointment. but didn't prescribed anything. now in late night again bleeding little. kid is normal, no sign of any issues and he is active. what should we do
