Elevated Serum Amalyse
I had an mild pain on upper right quadrant,I did USg and found sub acute pancreatitis/resolving pancreatitis and I did a  Amalyse test on 15th nov result is 121.4 and then I had repeated on 23rd November again result came 143.9 my PT is 17.8 Crp is 2.58 on 15th and when i did test on 23 crp is 5 so why my amylase is Elevated although I have no more pain and currently I m taking Pancreatin capsules BD PC.kindly reply me sir thank you so much

Your amylase doesn't show any evidence of pancreatitis Amylase. Levels need to be elevated 3 times for diagnosis of pancreatitis Amylase can be elevated in many conditions U can stop all treatment, if symptoms recur Get cect whole abdomen Regards Dr Manjinder Singh DM Gastroenterology
