Electric sensation in Testicles & thighs

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I have stones and right testicle has become retractile farely recently. My scrotal USG is absolutely normal. I feel something is moving in Testicles and also sometimes I feel electric impulses in scrotum. I have visited Urologist and they only suggest multivitamins which I had for 2 months(Neurokind - gold). I still feel something in my scrotum. I got a surgery for pilonoidal surgery 2 years back. can jt be related to it? which doctor should I consult. I am really depressed.
