Elbow joint pain
Having severe elbow joint pain on left hand. Can't even lift 100 grams. Seems more pain when stretching thumb.

Individuals whose vocational demands include repetitious upper extremity movements are at high risk for this kind of elbow pain exacerbated by wrist / thumb extension.
Next Steps
Reduce performing strenuous activities that exacerbate your symptoms for at least 2 weeks. Elbow splints would be useful at this stage
Health Tips
Ice therapy for elbow pain for atleast 3 days every 6th hour.

Depending of medial or lateral side, it can be tennis or golfers elbow..
