Eight stitches on my chin
As I have eight stitches on my chin due to an accident I need to know a diet plan for my stitches to heal sooner. And also some medication if needed.

Bland diet,just go for soft food which will help u in chewing easily and not stress your chin and cheek muscle Betadine ointment aplly 4times a day Keep area dry and clean
