Effect of ME12 OD tablet
Ultrasound report - Mild fatty infiltration of liver and multiple anterior abdominal wall lipomas in the subcutaneous plane. Blood test report is Bilirubin - 1.58 mg/dL, SGPT - 57 U/L, SGOT - 36 U/L. Alcohol intake once a week. Doctor suggested ME12 OD tablet because vitamin B12 level was low (232 pg/mL). Will this tablet have any negative effect on my liver condition? Kindly suggest.

Hello well no vitamin B12 supplements will not have any harmful effects on your liver conditions it will be good for you as you are an alcoholic too..it's always good to take vitamin supplements...and your bilirubin seems marginally more but that's okay...rest seem fine and the lipomas can be removed if you want...meet a surgeon...thank you
