Seeking guidance for a proper diet plan to cure severe eczema problem on the feet. Allopathy, homeopathy and ayurvedic medicines haven't yielded any result since two years. Seeking to cure it through a strict regime of diet and nutrition.

Hello,eczema cannot be cured , its hypersensitive response to external allergen , The goal of treatment for eczema is to relieve and prevent itching, which can lead to infection. Since the disease makes skin dry and itchy, lotions and creams are recommended to keep the skin moist. Over-the-counter products, such as hydrocortisone 1% cream, or prescription creams and ointments containing corticosteroids.its skin disease ,diet and exercise have nothing to do with it
