STAGE 1 LV DIASTOLIC DYSFUNCTION MILD TR, TRIVIAL MR, NO PAH AORTIC VALVE SCLEROSED AORTIC ROOT 3.8 CMS ASCENDING AORTA 46MM ( DILATED ) MILD AR , NO AS, NO CLOTS/ EFFUSION IAS, IVS INTACT" Given Ecospirin AV in addition to the regular BP Medicine Efnocar 40 + Corbis 2.5
