ECG small inferior Q
Was feeling breathless and gastric so had ECG. Report says sinus tachycardia with small inferior wave Am concerned about finding: sinus tachycardia, borderline ECG and infarct can not be excluded. Can you please help understand if anything worry some or need which different tests ? Doctor said ECG is normal no worry if acidity is better.

No significant Q in inferior leads. Normal ecg.

Your ECG is normal. Ignore the printed report its machine generated its not reliable. Nothing to worry
