ECG showing LAHB
Hi sir. My recent ECG shows left anterior hemiblock. My previous ECG's shows left axis deviation (from 2015-2021) I'm diabetic and on medication since 10+ years. Is this a cause of concern ? What can be done to cure it ? Is there any other tests to be done ? Pls help me with the treatment and how can it be controlled. Thank you.

LAHB is common in general population and hypertensive patients. Once get your BP checked and echo done. If that’s normal. Then nothing to worry
