ECG reports post some chest discomfort
Hello doctors,
My aunt has been experiencing some kind of restlessness and discomfort in her chest for quite sometime now. Doctors suggested to get a ECG done and these were the reports.
Please let me know what this signifies

The rhythm of the heart is abnormal (commonest rhythm abnormality is Atrial Fibrillation).
Also she seems to have anterolateral ischemic changes meaning that the anterolateral wall of the heart has regional wall motion abnormality, could be due to a heart attack.
Next Steps
Get an Echocardiography done and preferably a Coronary Angiogram. She seems to have angina. Best wishes.
