My father's report is given below.. I want to know whether this ecg is serious or not.. Especially left ventricular hypertrophy.. He is on bp medications and blood sugar. Fasting - 131 Hba1c 6.6 Pp - 138 Please help

This ECG is nothing serious at this moment. Your father’s fasting sugar levels are a bit on the higher side. If he is also hypertensive and on medication, kindly monitor his home blood pressure levels in view of the left ventricular hypertrophy. The further course of treatment will depend on the symptoms of your father. You may get his treadmill test done to look for exercise inducible ischaemia.
