1. QS wave in lead V1
2. Poor r wave progression (V2)
What does it mean?
Based on X-ray and ECG, Chest specialist has made diagnosis of COPD. Only COPD medicines has been prescribed. No medicine for heart.
Does it require involvement of cardiologist?
