I was Given medication to control it and after some rest discharged...Today morning again I felt uneasiness n chest pain n went for ecg which I have attached. Today my bp is 110/80... I am feeling scared if the high BP did some damage? In this ecg qtc is 454 n normal is 440,, is this causing symptoms? Plz note my heart tests done some months back like echo, tmt, lipids all was gud Shall I now see consultation from gastrologist then? As I am also having bloating n past history of stress induced reflux

QTc of 454 is normal. Since all your recent heart tests are normal there is nothing to worry. Your BP may have shot up that day due to anxiety. I suggest instead of going to a gastroenterologist consult a psychiatrist for your anxiety
