  4. ECG Abnormalities in V5, V6. In ecg.

ECG Abnormalities in V5, V6
Attaching ECG during ER visit due to chest pain, dizziness and vomiting. Doctor told some abnormalities in ECG and later on just gave Gastritis medicine. Also ordered Troponin test. Can you please interpret the abnormalities in ECG.
