Eating spinach daily
Hi doctor
My husbands retina was injured and was taken some injection to right eye. So doctor suggested to eat leafyvegetables and some other carrot etc.
Can I give only spinach to my husband
I came to know from others like if men takes spinach daily they will get stones.
Is it true. Kindly plz suggest so that will follow accordingly.

No spinach daily would not lead to stones in a short period of time. But it would be best to rotate it with some other green leafy vegetables like saag, lettuce, salads and carrots rather than making spinach a daily thing.
