Eating pencil graphite

I used to eat lot of graphite from pencil leads, 1 year go(daily 2-3).It's been 6 months I stopped eating graphite Does it causes lead poisioning or cancer?

Yea lead( Pb ) is a proven carcinogen . But as far I know graphite pencil are free of lead , and is not a proven carcinogen. Also from my understanding - No association or causation relationship has been proven between pencil graphite and carcinogenesis . So you don’t need to worry about it . But if you are having any unusual symptoms or difficulties please let me know , will treat accordingly.
