Ears, Head and face blackening
My father is 58 years old and has diabetis for 15+ years but under strict diet and takes glycomet medicine regularly, in severe conditions he takes insulin injection. Till age of 56 he was all fine and in normal skin tone. Suddenly we notice his ears, head and face are black in color. Pls guide on the symptoms and actions to be taken Note:He was using hair color till 55years

This may be due to Acanthosis nigricans. It can be pigmented contact dermatitis also. Need to see the pigmentation. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice
