Earphones and headache
I use earplugs to listen to music for not more than 30 mins a day. Yet if i do this consecutively for 3 days, i suffer from headache that requires me to take analgesic. Why this is happening and what should I do?

You should avoid ear phones . Reduce your screen time. Get a eye opinion regarding refractive error.
