Early pregnancy Beta HCG level

I recently went for IUI Cycle. On day 14 post IUI, i got my BHCG test done and value was 23 only. I got another test done in 72 hours post my 1st test(i.e day 17) and BHCG Level now shows 118. Is the report good or I should be worried about low levels of BHCG Level? Also i was prescribed Strone 400mg and Evatone 2 tablet, should i continue with both the medications. Everywhere i read tht Evatone 2 tab should be avoided during pregnancy. Please suggest.
