Earache and heaviness in right ear.

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I am 31 weeks pregnant. The previous night There was some tingling sensation in my right ear so I picked it quite roughly. Now this morning my ear is feeling quite heavy and jammed with slight pain. Also feeling some less hearing compared to left ear...Please suggest some medicines for getting it cured as early as possible... (Note - 31 week pregnancy )
