Ear ringing
Yesterday I was at a party with loud music. So everyone was speaking loudly near the ear. Now my left ear is feeling heavy, and if I press my ear it is ringing. I can hear in both the ears.

Take Paracetamol 650 mg (1) and T.Montair lc (1) stat
Avoid alcohol or headshake maneuveres
Steam inhalation twice
