Sir/mam in class 11 for about 4-5 months I was involved in watching web series by using earphones with a little bit loud noise .  In between were only few days of gap but whole day i watched web series and all this went on for 4-5 months as I said. So my query is would it have cause any permanent damage to my hearing capacity of ear. Pls reply I will be very thankful to u is the damage recoverable 🙏🙏??

Hello.. Using headphone for long time with high frequency sound is harmful to ears..so better to stop..is there any symptoms like difficulty in hearing or ringing sensation in the ear..?

You ears may already have generated cerumen to block out the excessive sound from your headphones.
Next Steps
Please visit an ENT clinic to have your ears checked, cleaned and undergo audiometry to ensure that your hearing has not got affected.

For that some test like pure tone audiometry report necessary to confirm that you really have any hearing loss
