How do I use the direct tele consultation to discuss with a doctor. Need to share some of my reports. Please explain. Thank you.

Search for the Doctor's profile on Practo's smartphone app(this feature is NOT AVAILABLE on the desktop Practo site) either by the Doctor's name or the Clinic name. Eg: you could search for Dr Gladson Guddappa Uchil under ENT Specialist in Bangalore or you could search for Healthcare@Basaveshwaranagar under Clinics in Bangalore.
Then when you scroll down the profile you will come across two links. One is for a Direct Teleconsultation and the other is to fix up an appointment to meet with the Doctor at his clinic.
Next Steps
clicking on the Direct Consultation link will take you to Practo's payment gateway where you will need to pay the consulting fee for this service.
Practo will then message the Doctor to get in touch with you. You will receive the call through Practo's secure VoIP servers and your phone caller ID will recognise it as a local landline call. Sometimes, if you are using Truecaller, it may be mistaken for a spam call. When you answer the call it will be the Doctor at the other end.
