Avoid excessive use of the earphone, instead use headphones, also clean ears with buds if you have wax, also use ceruminax ear drops 2 to 3 drops 3 to 4 times a day for few days ,and clean your ears with buds.

Excessive use of earphones can cause wax build up hence the feeling of blocked ears. Use Q- tip to clean ears. Switch to headphones instead. Hard wax will need soliwax and syringing.

Clean your headphones before and after use. Usually some wax sticks on them and they catch dust and can irritate the ear.
