I have got Ear Piercing Scar( it's swellen, it was bleeding)
I have applied turmeric powder and cleaning it with Salt water solution.

You seem to be having infection of ear piercing site and you need to remove the ear stud for few days and apply antibiotic ointment for few days. If infection is severe then antibiotic tablets are necessary
