Ear paining after swimming

Hi doctor, Please help me to prescribe a medicine for my daughter who is 4 yrs old. Yesterday she did swimming and later she is saying her ear is paining. She is crying for that. I am currently travelling and in Goa. I Can see some reddish and yellowish inside her ear. I am afraid of an ear infection. I have to travel to Mumbai via train today. Please prescrible some medicine so that she can get a relief. Thanks in advance Shraddha k
