Ear pain due to buds use?

It started when my ear partially closed.could hear only 50℅ on my left ear.so tried ear buds but didn work out.then understood it was tooth problem and got root canal done on lower jaw left side.now even after root canal i have a slight pain at times when i sneeze or yawn in my left ear.i can hear properly though.help?

You need to consult an ENT Specialist immediately. Looks like Eustachian Tube Dysfunction with Cerumen Impaction which requires immediate intervention.
