Ear pain both sides

Earpain .both sidessince yesterday night and slightly throat pain no fever. Headache slightly. Wt medicine to use.. Can I use sinareset?? Earpain which ear drops to use. I have sinus.

Yes you may use Sinarest twice a day for 3 days. However if you do not have any nasal symptoms I would suggest taking a plain Paracetamol 500mg. Also start a nasal spray Flomist(FLUTICASONE FT) nasal spray. The nasal spray will keep your Eustachian tubes (that connect your ear to you nose) open and ventilate your ear. The pain should subside in a day or two. If it doesn’t you must visit a nearby ENT clinic.
