I am wearing a tooth bridge from past 4 years and a month back it came out and now after refixing it I have pain in cheek bone forehead and neck. What xray should I take to know the condition if I have sinus and cervical spondylosis as the pain is much in right side of neck and jaw pain when opened mouth. Have attached the opg xray.

If the pain is only on Mouth opening it’s probably a TMJ arthralgia. Take Tab Lyser D twice a day for 7 days and do hot fomentation over the Right Temporomandibular joint area(in front of your ear). Also avoid hard and chewable food for 2 weeks. Preferably stick to a soft diet for 2 weeks. To avoid future pain make sure you do not tilt the jaw while opening your mouth. TMJ is a hinge joint allowing movement in one dimension. Tilting your jaw while opening your mouth can cause abuse of the joint space causing repeated arthralgia. For Sinusitis isolated jaw pain radiating to neck is not a symptom. You can get an X-ray Cervical spine -AP and Lateral view if you want to rule out Cervical spine changes. However that will not present with Jaw pain.
