For three days every morning my right ear feels blocked and wet. I hear a ringing sound in my right ear throughout the day.

You might be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. It usually resolves spontaneously after few days. You can use anti Histamine tablets for quick relief and valsalva maneuver also can be beneficial
