My husband ears are blocked
And they are full of wax
He is afraid to clean them with earbuds because whenever he uses ear buds his ears will block more and he will be irrated because of that

He seems to be having impacted wax inside his ear canal. If present wax needs to be removed under vision by a specialist. Before visiting a specialist you can apply wax softener drops such as clearwax or Otorex for few days
