You might be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. It usually resolves spontaneously after few days. Anti cold medicines can be used for faster recovery
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required. Meanwhile you can do valsalva maneuver for quick recovery
