Dysphagia/Vocal Cord Palsy
My father is suffering from Dysphagia(swallowing difficulty+ vocal palsy) for 3 months. He can take only smooth liquid food, nothing else. He lost weight (55 to 45 kg now) and is weak. ENT & Gastro specialists ruled out any issues from esophagus and digestive track/GERD & physicians recommended to get advice from Neurologists. His age is 85. Any suggestions is really helpful

Hello there. I can understand your concern. .Yes, they are absolutely right. If everything from ENT and gastroenterologist side is clear, then you have to take him to a neurologist and get him checked out. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
