This is my endoscopy picture...plz suggest how to cure...plz...feels nausea and dyspepsia.. doctors only give me antacid...no medicine for H pylori...so plz suggest

The endoscopy report shows antral gastritis and you tested positive for h.pylori active infection ,by Rapid urease test.Accordingly he should have prescribed you triple medicine treatment.
You should consult with him to initiate treatment.
