Dysentery for 6 days
My son is 5 years old , weighs 21.6 kg, from Tuesday onwards he has green loose  muscus stool , vomiting and fever also, doc give Xintof-m , ondem, neopeptine, after 4days the muscus is till there , but there is little bit blood in the muscus while doing finishing the toilet , we started giving econorm  , doctor changed the medicine give Diof , and Tummy Soft syrup stopped econorm, but yesterday night he got fever again though no fever last 3days , one or two times showing little bit  blood in the muscus not everytime , he has consistent dry cough from yesterday. . The frequency of potty is more in the morning . Feeling worry now, how many days it stays ??Pic attached
