I am type 2 diabetic
My recent hba1c is 6.6
But every time when I am taking carbohydrate food my sugar levels are becoming high.i am taking SITARED M XR 100/500MG tablet.If I am eating only protein and fiber food my sugar levels are in very good control.please let me know what is the reason
