Dust allergy, breathing problem
Hello Doctor, My daughter age is 8years. She will get dust allergy suddenly and will get breathing problem, sneezing, nose itching, cough. Can i give her Montek LC on emergency? If yes what will be the dose? And how long?

Your child seems to be suffering from Allergic rhinitis ,she needs to be evaluated by skin prick tests and specific ige test for inhalsnt allergens for the same,I would give nasal steroid spray if it is dust mites allergy causing allergic rhinitis which would work really well,t.montair lc has minimum role in this management
