M trying for a baby for last 10 months. My doctor suggested me myofolic and glucophage for 3 moths. Another doctor suggested duphaston from 15CD to 25CD. What should I do now?

Myofolic & glucophage is for polycystic ovaries when trying for a conception. Duphaston is for inducing a period bleed if periods are not regular. So duphaston from day 19 for one week. If no pregnancy then your periods will be induced but if pregnant still duphaston safe so don't worry.
