Duphaston After Effect - Hello.. Need A Clarity On Duphaston

Hello.. Need a clarity on Duphaston after effect as per dr it should b taken 2/day..from day 18 of cycle till 2 weeks.. And 15th day need to do a urine test if positive need to continue and visit her if negative need to stop and wait for periods but.. By doing this cycle length is been disturbed.. Before it was to be 28-30days but by this tablet cycle has tp expected after 30days..it can take 1 week to get my periods if my test is negative.. Such case very impossible to calculate ovulation and try for pregnancy any suggestions what i can do for this.. Pls hlp
