Dull pain in right testicle - urology

Hello, I am feeling dull pain around my right testicle and in veins surrounding it. Pain is so consistent and also sometimes I feel light discomfort in lower abdomen Last month I had sharp pain in the same area, was treated with antibiotic and para. Did scrotal doppler scan and urinalysis, could not find any abnormality. But it is occurring again now. Please advice
