Dull in testis
Hi I am 23 yrs old and few days back i have been diagnosed with an tiny epidimyal cyst(attached scan copy)  and whenever my scrotum is loose or when i walk or stretch my thigh i can feel some dull pain and heaviness  in backside of my testis. please do let me know what it is..thanks..

If no blood in cyst ...then try to give scrotal support with double undergarments
