Hi !Get baseline blood levels of Haemoglobin done. Use a good sunscreen. Start some form of exercise in fresh air. Plenty of veggies and fruits. Good whitening and brightening sessions are available at out clinic in Mulund and Vile Parle W.You can opt for them.
