Dull chest pain smoker
I've been smoking for past 5 years, 3-4 a day, and recently i've cut down it once a day so as to quit gradually. But recently i've having somewhat dull pain in my chest, like burning. Also I have neen spitting some black material in my sputum generally in morning but on fewer occasions. Very rare cough!

hello der first of all its a good decision that you have made up your mind to quit smoking chest pain may be due to severe gastritis black sputum is due to tar present in the cigarette that has started to damage your lungs better to get a complete investigation consult physician for further evaluation and treatment.
