Dull chest pain

Dull chest pain

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Dull pain below left collar bone, sometimes right below left nipple, and sometimes just generally around that area, dull pain sometimes felt above right nipple and bottom of my left ribcage... Sharp pain only seems to appear very rarely on the left side It should be stated that i have been diagnosed with hiatal hernia and GERD.. I need to know if i could have a heart related issue or if these symptoms are indicitive to my previously mentioned issues...
